When a client submits their preferences, our system matches them to therapists based on specialty, availability, insurance, and location. You will receive client contact information by email.
Response Commitment
By joining the network, you agreed to respond to matched client inquiries within 48 business hours. This keeps your profile in good standing and helps clients get the support they need quickly.
